Please set the expiry date as 6 months from the test date. If your car doesn't require an MOT please upload your Private Hire Vehicle Licence and set the expiry date as 1 year from the issue date.

Private Hire Insurance Certificate

Your insurance policy must cover you for Private Hire and/or carriage of passengers and goods for Hire or Reward. Please upload an Insurance Certificate or Temporary Cover Note. No other documents will be accepted here.
